Live Music on College Corner (39th Expressway and College, that is)
Live music is a regular thing here. Java39 prides itself as a music venue for local singers, songwriters, and musicians of all kinds. You’ll always find lice music on Friday and Saturday nights.
The Oklahoma Ukulele Group’s open mic night is held at Java39 once a month. On those nights you’ll hear Uke players of all ages and skill levels performing for a packed house. Make sure to view upcoming live events while you’re here to plan your next visit!
Freedom of Artistic Expression
Artistic expression is important to us at Java39. We love giving artists a platform to express themselves fully. You will always find an eclectic mix of art on our walls when you come in for a bite to eat.
Coffee, Desserts and Full Menu too
We like to think of ourselves as a live music venue, art gallery and dessert stop that sells some pretty good coffee, too. You’ll definitely want to look at our menu that also includes a full line up of entrees too.
This Internet Cafe also has Free Wifi
In addition to all of this, we always have free wifi so that you can work or check your email while you enjoy our atmosphere, and a bite to eat.
Customer Review of Java39
Off the beaten path and making a way in to your heart. The owners Patricia and Andrew of Java39 seem to have found the right niche in every corner. Just what the Doctor ordered. Whether it be the live music, to the laid back atmosphere touched by vibrant artwork from local artists...or the intricate delicacies that they offer to appease your palate. From sweet and sexy to the bold and hearty, there's no way you can miss with hits in every department. There is always something that someone is raving about, and that right there is a clear testimony for any foodie. New to the Bethany area off of historical Route 66, it's a place so deserved of a stop...ps...I just inhaled 3 of their muffins!

"I was blown away by this trendy little Cafe! The lemon blueberry muffins are to die for. They serve Java Dave's coffee. I ordered a Strawberry Latte Smoothie with extra expresso. It was SO tasty. The owner Andrew was amazing! They do on demand karaoke, private parties, art crawls, and live local music every Friday and Saturday night. If you want a hip, quiet place to sip your morning coffee, this is it!"

Every once in a great while, you happen upon a place that is so relaxing, friendly, and inviting, that you swear you were home. Java 39 is such a place and for the hardcore coffee drinkers, pastry fans, soul food consumers, and live music lovers...it may just be THE perfect coffee shop around! From the very moment you step through the door, almost all of your senses are engaged with the amazing sights, sounds, smells, and definitely the tastes, that is slowly making Java 39 the go to place for a morning coffee, a quick bite, hanging with friends, or watching a live music performance from local musicians. Andrew and Patricia make an amazing team with all that they have done with this space and by adding in a professional and very friendly staff, it's difficult to see why a place such as Java 39 would not be around for a very, very, long time. Don't take my word for it...just go and experience it for yourself and I promise that there will be something there for you to indulge in

Most friendly place I've ever been. An introduction and hand shake from the owner the second you walk in! Introduced my husband and I to the other patrons there as well!! Very warm atmosphere. Food is unbelievable as well as live music. I will recommend to all my friends!
Java 39 is such a great place! So comfortable and inviting, it's like hanging out in your living room with friends. The food and desserts are just amazing! Everything tastes like it was made by my grandmother with care and passion for cooking put into it. I have explored their menu and have had everything from the sandwiches to the gumbo and chicken and dumplings and it all has been excellent. Besides the food there, they have amazing musicians come in and play there as well, which is something close to my heart. You get a great blend of singer/songwriters, folk, acoustic alternative rock and so much more. You never know what you are going to get for music at Java 39. It could be anything from ukulele ensembles to open mics where amazing local amateur artists can come up and sing some of their favorite cover songs or originals. Overall, just a really great place to get out and relax, meet some great people and hear some great music. Java 39 is definitely a place to check out!
